John’s background and corporate experience is extensive including roles as HR and OD specialist, consultant, company director, manager and business owner. He has been employed in manufacturing, financial services and the professional services sectors and consulted to other industries throughout Australia and Asia including energy, resources, defense, government, finance and pharmaceuticals. In addition John has complimented his experience with academic qualifications including a PhD addressing the qualities of successful CEOs. John has been a Registered Psychologist since 1983.

John has been involved in executive coaching for over 30 years and specialises in leadership development and personal growth including leadership style, interpersonal style and effectiveness, learning from experience, self awareness and perspective taking, applications of mindfulness to leadership, influencing skills, work-life balance, change management, career transition, managing difficult people, self awareness, peer relations, and preparation for more senior roles.
John has been a pioneer in the development and application of 360 questionnaires and programs. He is currently accredited in The Leadership Circle (TLC), a lifetime accredited consultant with Human Synergistics (LSI, LI, OCI, OEI), and an accredited consultant with the Centre for Creative Leadership (USA). John has designed in-house 360 questionnaires based on competency profiles and organisation values statements. His specialty includes the design of individual and group processes to enhance feedback, the design of developmental experiences to enhance the lessons required for performance development, coaching and personal development planning.
John also measures perspective taking using the innovative StAGES Assessment designed and developed by Dr Terri O’Fallon at Pacific Integral.
John has over 30 years experience in culture change including the design of culture change programs using surveys, focus groups, interactive presentations and planning seminars to identify current and desired culture, cultural gaps, and strategies for enhancing culture and performance. He uses both the Strategic Cultural Evolution (SCE) model developed with business partners Think HCI and a variety of measurement tools such as Human Synergistics and The Leadership Circle.
John has co-designed and delivered leadership development programs for enhanced performance, culture change and corporate wide leadership initiatives. The design has included values and competency based models, 360 degree feedback and action learning.
John is also an experienced facilitator of executive and senior management team building programs using a variety of methodologies such as experiential activities, focus groups, surveying of team dimensions and a variety of feedback-based and skills building workshops.

Amanda is a Registered Psychologist, holds a Bachelor of Psychology Honours degree (First Class) and a Master of Clinical Psychology degree (both awarded from Flinders University, SA) and she is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Amanda is the Director at Awaken Psychology, a psychology service in the Western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. She has experience in adult public and private mental health settings. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual client. Amanda uses a broader life and systems focus, recognising that individuals are influenced by the environments in which they are raised and the individuals they are connected with. Amanda is experienced in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness based therapy such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and clinical hypnosis.
Prior to opening her own private practice, Amanda spent 15 years in corporate settings – working mostly in FMCG organisations in management roles. Amanda uses this knowledge and understanding of corporate environments, coupling it with her psychological knowledge, to provide a well informed, evidence based, lived experience in her work with Leadership Solutions.
