Director Coaching
Director Coaching is customised to suit the specific needs of clients. This may include coaching of new directors, ineffective communication and interpersonal style and group problem solving. Services typically include interviews with other directors and executives of the organisation, confidential counselling and coaching and follow up activities.

CEO Coaching
A confidential, customised and specialist service offered to CEOs focusing on the qualities of successful CEOs including leadership and interpersonal style, personal relationships, board and/or politically elected member relations, staff relations, culture building, learning and self awareness, personal growth and work life balance. Services include:

Briefing
Optional 360 degree survey specialising in CEO qualities
Discovery sessions with board and/or politically elected members

Executive Coaching
